German Extra Garlic |
German Extra Hardy-SOLD OUT Hardneck with a strong raw flavor, high in sugar content,very good for roasting. Vigorous grower with long roots which enables it to overwinter without heaving out of the ground. White on the outside but dark red on the inside. |
Incelium Garlic |
Inchelium Red Softneck variety, large bulbs and can be braided. 14 to 18 cloves per bulb and a very good keeper, just a all around good garlic. |
Music Garlic |
Music- SOLD OUTHardneck with a large bright white bulb with a light pink and brown coloring on the clove skin. Sweet, rich and caramelly when roasted. Italian variety brought to Canada by Al Music in the 1980's from his homeland. |
Pescadero Red Garlic |
Pescadaro Red- SOLD OUT A wonderful garlic for the South, does well in warmer climates...a real spicy garlic, medium heat with a wonderful lingering spicy taste. Not as large as most garlic, but a 1-1 1/2 inch bulbs are common with a good growing conditions. Beautiful almost crimson streaked clove wrappers, 8-10 cloves per bulb. |
